Not impressed. They decided to not come out and do a bid on our electrical and failed to call to let us know. So for 4 hours we were waiting for them to come by! As a business owner myself, this is a really poor job of communication!
"Up front" pricing is deceptive. You make an appointment, then several days later they show up, look at it and then give you a price. So if it's something you need done quickly, you could get stuck because you forego other contractors to wait for them; by the time they get there you NEED it to be done so you are either stuck with their pricing, which they won't tell you beforehand, or you wait another week for someone else to show up.
