My local JCPenney. The clothing selection is good but I think the look of the store is out-dated. I have seen other JCPenneys that have revamped and updated their store floors and it sets the mood while you're doing some shopping. No other complaints.
I come here to get my hair cut. My hair is cut how I like it consistently, the hairdresser is fun to talk to and the price is fair.
Ok not any coupons so not many good deals.
