I found David to be great, but his receptionist was not very polite to my girls. They did tell me they don't really like to work with children, so I was warned. The receptionist told my daughter that her American Girl doll's teeth were the ugliest teeth she had ever seen on a doll. Who says that to a child for god's sake?!!! And for the record, they are totally cute!!
I am very glad to have found this office and Dentist. This dentist was recommended by a local as I am from out of town. I do not think I have run into a more knowledgeable and personable Dentist. I was quite surprised to see that the business manager knew exactly what to do with my insurance and how you are covered.
I Had an overall great experience with Dr Andersons office. I felt so comfortable with my small procedure compared to the level of skill Dr Anderson brings to his practice but the manner in which he handled it was with the same level care and attention of the most major. I am so glad there is a dentist in Durango that I would feel comfortable with no matter the level of difficulty. I would highly recommend you consider this office for any dental needs.

Dave Anderson is a amazing!! He has always been honest and upfront with me on all my dental needs, he also cares about what you need and helps you find the best resolution. He is very detailed and also explains all his work which I love. It helps me have a better understanding in how to take care of my teeth and mentally picture all the details. I would recommended him to any and all. Sally has also been wonderful in being flexiable and helpful with appts as I have a 4 yr old, a husband who works full time and myself who works also. She has always gotten me in on a squeeze and has always been willing to work with me. She is very kind and caring. That's rare to find, it's a true treasure as all mom's would completely understand!
With the 1 st call they said they "have a small office & are not kid friendly. We don't deal w/ that". I was scheduled for an x-ray visit & was told that I would get a call back. I understood that I was to pay for my crown. No one called me back so I gave them a call four days after that following Monday. The receptionist said "they have some other things planned out can't put me on the schedule" & was told that they will release my case so that I can find someone else can do your root canal. No need to respond w excuses from dr. Anderson. I understand if it's too complicated for them & I can find someone else who can do the job right
