Durango transit allows it's employees to belittle its riders when asked to speak to supervisor they blow you off.

Here is a crazy thought...... have more than two or three spaces on your bike rack. When they are full you can't get on till the next one thirty minutes later and hopefully there is a free spot on it.... Considering this is not free and in Durango (where people use both bikes and bus) why on earth would you not have a bigger bike rack?
A driver by the name of Ken forced the last person in our party to not board the bus stating it was full then at the next stop let another on. Then I stated "Isn't the bus full" then he threatened to kick me off the bus. This shouldn't be right the person was average size didn't weigh more then the other passenger that was let on this angered everyone because then he almost closed the door on the person's son who wondered where his dad was.
