- Their system has failed 3 times on a Friday. When this happens, they will refuse any sort of deposit.
Nothing. They are nice just like anyone else until you need something. I was spoken to very rudely. I was requesting a bank statement for my spouse(to be mailed to my spouse at the home address provided by him- not to me) who is hospitalized, which we need for insurance & disability purposes ASAP and they would not do it- I understand if it's a legal thing, but there comes a time when its ridiculous. But what's worse is at the end I had to ask, if I was allowed to ask, when it would be mailed to him- come to find out it would've been mailed any day (and that's general info- they still wouldn't tell me exactly when) and what's the reason they just tell me this to begin with??? And the owner, or main person in charge, who knows my husband, couldn't even speak to me herself & had one of her rude employees do it for her. This is the sorriest experience I've ever had with a bank- when my husbands well- we're done with it. Also, they never issued a debit card for him- what bank does this?
-Their technology is painfully out of date. You can only use their debit cards to spend money, not receive money. This is unacceptable in a day and age where major companies like Uber run payments to their employees using cards over accounts. I should also mention they are the only bank in Durango with this issue.
Worst bank in Durango, their checking accounts are horrendously out of date and they have nonsensical policies. here's a list of problems I've had in the past 6 months:
In conclusion, use any other bank in Durango. These people have caused me more headaches than anyone else. I will be closing my account and going elsewhere ASAP, and I recommend that you do the same or look elsewhere for your banking needs.

-They will not process payments outside of the united States, regardless of anything. I went to Mexico and told them that I would be there, they refused to open my debit card for "the security of the bank and my account" and recommended that I use credit card instead. Again, they are THE ONLY BANK IN DURANGO that has this illogical policy.
